Government devises strategy to hamper movement of terrorists in country

KARACHI (Dunya News) – The government has devised a strategy to seal all the entry and exit points used by the terrorists for their movement in and out of the provinces.
Monitoring has begun for the settlements present at the inter-provincial borders and 22 entry routes of Karachi.
Combing operations are also being made in these settlements.
Intelligence network has been put on alert over the surveillance of Sindh, Balochistan and Karachi’s coastlines.
Immediate action will be taken if any suspected calls and technical information is traced.
On the other hand, combing operation was held in the surroundings of Karachi central jail.
Heavy contingent of police siege the area and conducted house-to-house search.
At least 30 suspects including three foreigners were arrested whereas those who did not provide any identification documents were shifted to various police stations for interrogation.
For the first time, biometric device was used in the operation.
