Gas supply to certain areas of Balochistan has been suspended after some unidentified miscreants blew up a gas pipeline near Dear Allah Yar on Thursday. As per police sources, the miscreants blasted gas pipeline in the limits of Dera Allah Yar police station. The explosion at 20 inch diameter pipeline suspended gas supply to Quetta and several other areas of Balochistan. Special teams have been called in from Sukkur for the repair of the said pipeline. The gas officials however said that the supply to Quetta and other affected areas of Balochistan has been temporarily restored but gas load shedding will enhance in other parts of the province.
