PIMS medical board confirms torture on Tayyaba

The girl underwent medical checkup and her blood sample was taken for DNA test.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The maid girl Tayyaba who was tortured at the session judge’s house in Rawalpindi has appeared in front of five-member medical board of Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Islamabad, headed by Doctor Javed Akram.

The police seemed afraid of media after Dunya News unrevealed the facts regarding Tayyaba case, and took the minor to medical board hiding from them.

Tayyaba underwent medical checkup and the wounds on her back were examined particularly. Her blood sample was taken as well for DNA test along with claiming parents and brother.

Afterwards, Tayyaba was shifted once again to crisis center.

The medical board has confirmed torture on Tayyaba and Dr. Javed Akram said that real parents of child will be identified after the report of DNA test.
