The report comprises of 119 pages and reveals that NAP is not acted upon its true sense

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The judicial commission which was earlier formed to probe civil hospital Quetta incident has presented its report.

The report reveals that the attack could have been avoided if proper forensic records of the previous attacks were available.

The report comprises of 119 pages and reveals that the National Action Plan (NAP) is not being acted upon in its true sense.

Despite of the fact that Jundullah claimed responsibility of the attack, the organization wasn’t declared as a banned outfit.

The report revealed that the Interior Minister’s stance of nothing wrong with Ahmad Ludhyanvi meeting at Islamabad is a disgrace to country’s laws.

The report declares that the Interior Minister has clearly opposed NACTA’s decisions in that case.

It has also been mentioned in the report that the Interior Ministry is more interested in serving the minister rather than the public.

The judicial commission has advised that the National Action Plan should be made more comprehensive.

It should also be made sure that a ban should be imposed on speeches and wall-chalking, reveals the report.

The judicial commission also suggested in its report that a proper record be maintained of all madrassas, its administration and also its students. Moreover, a proper monitoring should be carried out of western borders while having a close watch on the entrants and those who exit.

The report suggests that grants should be distributed among the affectees of the civil hospital incident.
