Shahzain Bugtis arrest: Shutter down strike being observed in Balochistan
A shutter down strike is being observed in a number of districts including Quetta in Balochistan against the arrest of Jamhuri Watan Party (JWP) president Shahzain Bugti and his security guards. In some areas of Quetta JWP activists resorted to aerial firing. According to details, a partial shutter down strike was being observed in Liaquat Bazaar, Prince Road, Masjid Road, Shahrah-e-Iqbal, Circular Road and others areas of Quetta. The administration has deployed police and Balochistan Constabulary to avoid any untoward incident. JWP activists forcefully closed shops in few areas and resorted to aerieal firing due to which police took arms from them at Jungson chowk.
