Sindh government didn't consult with me in waste disposal matter, expresses Waseem

KARACHI (Dunya News) – In a bid to solve issues of the city, mayor Karachi Waseem Akhtar has started a series of contacts with the other parties.

The first meeting in this regard was held with the president of Awami National Party Sindh leader Shahi Syed as the new mayor Karachi Waseem Akhtar reached Mardan House.

Waseem Akhtar demanded from the federal government that due share in CPEC should be given to Karachi.

He expressed that the contract of waste disposal inside Karachi has been given to China and it would have been better if the Sindh government consulted with him in this regard.

ANP leader Shahi Syed expressed in the occasion that we will extend our efforts to bring peace within the city.
