PM Nawaz pays rich tributes to General Raheel Sharif

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A farewell dinner was arranged at PM House Islamabad and was attended by important military personnel and politicians.
The Chief of Army Staff being the special guest at the dinner was warmly received by the premier.
The farewell dinner was also attended by Chairman Joint Chief of Staff Committee, Air and Naval Chiefs, senior most generals, ministers and high profile personalities.
The premier also took a group photo alongside the heads of the three armed forces.
The Prime Minister and Army Chief shook hands with the attendees of the farewell dinner one by one.
While addressing the function, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was of the opinion that the purpose of this farewell dinner was to pay homage to the impressive achievements of the Army Chief.
He expressed that Raheel Sharif performed extraordinary services as the army chief.
Nawaz Sharif let it be known that the family of Nawaz Sharif is known for serving the country.
The premier revealed that General Raheel Sharif was elected as army chief based upon his extraordinary capabilities and he proved himself as a brilliant commander through his extraordinary efforts.
Nawaz Sharif professed that army under the leadership of General Raheel defeated terrorist at every battlefield.
Nawaz Sharif revealed on the occasion that we have acted according to the strategic advices of the great General and will continue to do so in future.
