Civil disobedience movement on the cards against taxes, inflation: Imran
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf chairman Imran Khan has warned to launch civil disobedience movement if new taxes are imposed and electricity rates increased. Addressing a rally held in Lahore against rising inflation and corruption in the country, Imran Khan said that rulers should come forward and play their roles to provide relief to the masses. He challenged the rulers that he will give his all property to them in form of taxes, if they make public their foreign assets. He said that RGST will further open door for corruption and cause price hike. He said that time has come to make changes and the government should cut army of ministers. Khan said that record corruption was being made in rental power projects. Participants of the rally shouted slogans against the government over skyrocketing inflation.
