As many as 5 persons including two brothers were shot dead while another got injured as once again the monster of targeted killings reared its ugly head in Karachi, Dunya News reported on Tuesday. The bullet-riddled dead bodies of two brothers namely Owais (27) and Rizwan (23) were found in a house at Ghani Bakhsh Goth, Street No.2, Bhittai Abad. The deceased belonged to Quetta. Police termed rivalry the reason behind the crime. In another incident, some unidentified criminals barged into Tahirs house and gunned him down in industrial area, Korangi whereas one Qamar Saeed was shot dead at North Karachi Sector 5-C2 and threw his dead body in the street. A strung body of a youth was also recovered from a vacant plot at Anda Mor, North Karachi, while Taj Muhammad opened fire at Zaheer Shah (18) over old rivalry. Resultantly, Shah got injured. Police arrested Taj and recovered arms from his possession.
