Rangers DG meets Sindh Governor, discusses security situation
Major General Bilal Akbar met Governor Dr Ishrat ul-Ibad, both determined to continue operation
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Sindh Rangers Director General (DG) Major General Bilal Akbar on Tuesday met Sindh Governor Dr Ishrat ul-Ibad at Governor House and discussed the security situation. Both the leaders expressed determination to root out terrorism, reported Dunya News.
According to details, the security situation of the province was discussed in the meeting. Dr Ishrat ul-Ibad said on this occasion that Rangers and other law-enforcement agencies have sacrificed a lot in order to bring peace to the city. He further said that Karachi was the economic jugular of Pakistan and peace here was necessary for the progress and prosperity of Pakistan.
