NADRA seeks assistance from IB, ISI to investigate suspicious citizens
NADRA had been submitting report to Interior Ministry on a daily basis, in this matter
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) on Wednesday requested intelligence agencies for assistance to verify record and National Identity Card (NIC) of suspicious citizens while notices have also been issued to more than 1200 people, reported Dunya News.
Sources revealed that NADRA took action against those citizens who had been reported suspicious through phone calls and SMS. NADRA had also called assistance from Intelligence Bureau (IB) and Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) to inspect the highlighted 1200 people.
On the other hand, the very department had been submitting report to Interior Ministry on a daily basis, in this matter.
