Protection bail of Balochistan's ex-Finance Advisor gets accepted
Lango's lawyer rejected all allegations leveled against him during hearing of bail application
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Balochistan s former Finance Advisor Mir Khalid Lango, who was believed to be involved in corruption worth millions of rupees along with apprehended provincial Finance Secretary Mushtaq Raisani, was able to get his protection bail of 12 days accepted from the Islamabad High Court, reported Dunya News on Tuesday.
The court ordered Lango to submit surety bonds worth rupees two hundred thousand. Balochistan s ex-Finance Advisor states that he shall present himself for accountability before the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) after the bail period expires.
Mushtaq Raisani, who was apprehended after millions of rupees earned through illegal means were recovered from his residence, named Lango while being interrogated by the law enforcement agencies.
