Governor State Bank said that national economy is gradually growing towards prosperity

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Governor State Bank Ashraf Wathra on Thursday said that Pak-Iran bilateral trade relations will be restored within a few days which includes cooperation in banking networks whereas he has assured full cooperation to the exporters to improve Pakistan’s exports, reported Dunya News.

Meeting with the traders and businessmen of Federarion of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), Governor State Bank said that national economy is gradually growing towards prosperity. He said that measures have been taken to promote bilateral trade between Pakistan and Iran after economic sanctions have been lifted from Iran.

He also said that 4 senior officials of local banks have recently visited Iran to analyse available banking channels with the country.
Governor State Bank said that banking ties between both the countries will be restored within a few days and added that State Bank has assured full cooperation to the exporters in order to improve country’s export.
