CPPA urges Nepra to reduce power tariff by Rs 2.64 per unit

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – The Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA) on Thursday forwarded a summary to the National Electric Regulartory Authority (NEPRA), seeking Rs 2.64 per unit reduction in power tariff, Dunya News reported.

Nepra will hear the application on February 2.

As per details, the reduction in electricity price has been proposed for the month of December under the monthly fuel adjustment plan.

The new tariff will not be applicable on K-Electric consumers.
