Interior Ministry present details of terrorists, facilitators in Parliament
The interior ministry informed that 933 URLs and 10 websites in use of the terrorists were closed.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Interior Ministry on Friday presented details of terrorists and their facilitators in the Parliament.
The interior ministry stated that alongwith destroying the network of extremists; the internet facility has also been eradicated.
It was told to the Senate and National Assembly that atleast 332 terrorists have been executed, 2159 have been killed and 1724 have been arrested.
Besides this 214 cases pertaining to money laundering have been registered with 322 arrests and 350 million recovered from the suspects.
The interior ministry also informed that 933 URLs and 10 websites in use of the terrorists were closed.
Moreover, facilitators of the terrorists providing food, shelter and finance to them were also nabbed which include five from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), eight from Sindh, 28 from Diamir whereas 41 cases were registered by Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) in Punjab.
