NAB has decided to contact Interpol for the return of former army chief Ashfaq Kiyani's borther

ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has on Monday decided to contact Interpol for the return of Kamran Kiyani, brother of former army chief General Ashfaq Pervez Kiyani, in the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) land scam case, reported Dunya News.

According to details, NAB has been tightening the noose around Kamran Kiyani’s collar as it has decided to contact Interpol for bringing Kamran Kiyani back from Dubai. According to NAB sources, the investigation team will get the approval from NAB Chairman for contacting Interpol.

The insiders told Dunya News that the suspect Hammad Arshad had named Kamran Kiyani upon the offer of becoming an approver. Corruption worth Rs. 17 billion has been detected in the purchase and development of the DHA Lahore land. NAB has been investigating the case from the contractor of the project, Hammad Arshad, and Kamran Kiyani.
