Water inflow receding in rivers: Irsa

Water level continues to rise at Kalabagh and Taunsa areas at River Indus while low flood is recorded at Marala and Taremu areas. According to Irsa, the water inflow in the rivers has been reduced. High flood passed through River Jhelum while low flood is reported from Head Rasul. According to reports, water level continues to rise at Chashma Barrage with an outflow of 8, 37, 845 cusecs; outflow at Taunsa Barrage is 7, 98, 601 cusecs and at Marala 85, 761 cusecs. Outflow at Taremu 1, 28, 719 cusecs whereas 1, 28, 136 cusecs outflow is recorded at Head Rasul. Water level in Tarbela Dam stands at 1,526 feet, inflow 3, 74000 and outflow is 3, 27,000. At Mangla Dam, water level is 1206 feet and outflow is 1, 26, 750 cusecs.
