Quetta: ATC adjourns hearing of Bugti murder case till September 30
Former president Musharraf had already been granted complete exemption from appearing in court.
QUETTA (Dunya News) – An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Quetta has adjourned the hearing of Akbar Bugti murder case till September 30, Dunya News reported on Wednesday.
As per details, Justice Jan Muhammad heard the case during which former president Pervez Musharraf’s counsel Akhrat Shah, Aftab Ahmed Sherpao and former Balochistan home minister Mir Shoaib Nosherwani were appeared before the court. Prosecutor’s lawyer presented their arguments whereas the opposite party’s counsel pleaded to defer the hearing for further investigation.
Subsequently, the court adjourned the case till September 30.
