DJ Butt's non-bailable arrest warrant issued for missing hearing of Amplifier Act case
PTI and Butt entered had a rough patch due to payment-related issues
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Magistrate Waqas Rasheed on Friday has issued non-bailable arrest warrant of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) sit-in facilitator DJ Butt for not deeming appearance before court for case’s hearing necessary.
Butt is defending a case registered under Section 144 and Amplifier Act for services in PTI sit-ins in D-Chowk.
The court ordered Secretariat Police Station’s Station House Officer (SHO) to arrest the violator.
Earlier, PTI and Butt entered had a rough patch due to payment-related issues. However, the party supporter ended rift on receiving less than his demand.
