Seven killed as bus plunges into canal in Mardan
District administration has requested Pakistan Army to send divers for rescues process.
MARDAN (Dunya News) – At least seven people lost their lives while several injured when a passenger bus plunged into a canal today (Thursday), Dunya News reported.
The bus was en route to Katlang when it lost control and fell into a canal killing five and injuring 15 people. According to the sources, more than 50 passengers were on board a bus.
As per details, rescue process is underway whereas local residents have pulled out bus from the canal. The injured have been shifted to Katlang Hospital for medicinal assistance.
Moreover, district administration has requested Pakistan Army to send divers for rescues process.
