CM Sindh extends Rangers' stay in Karachi by one year

Rangers' tenure for helping the police and civil administration was expiring on July 19.

KARACHI (Web Desk) – The Sindh Government has extended Rangers` stay in Karachi for one year to assist police and civil administration in the city, Dunya News reported on Friday.

According to CM House Spokesperson, the extension has been granted by Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah under Article 147 of the Constitution. 

The decision will be applicable from July 20th.
