Ayyan Ali likely to be released today
A special compliance provider carrying the written order has already left for Rawalpindi.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Supermodel Ayyan Ali is likely to be released today (Wednesday) at 6 pm, Dunya News reported.
Dunya News has obtained the copy of Lahore High Court’s (LHC) two-member bench’s written verdict which is comprised of three pages.
According to the verdict Ayyan Ali was detained on ASF counter but she is not a record holder accused whereas it has yet to be decided that whether the model wants to transfer the money abroad or not.
A special compliance provider carrying the written order has already left for Rawalpindi.
Earlier, despite the release orders of Ayyan on bail but the verdict could not reach customs court in Rawalpindi and Ayyan s lawyers whereas her lawyers also failed to submit surety bonds worth Rs5 lac each in the court.
