Amnesty for youth giving up arms: Balochistan Apex Committee
Amnesty offered to those giving up armed rebellion, terrorists will be taken to task, says committee
QUETTA: (Dunya News) – Balochistan Apex Committee has on Friday announced amnesty for youth giving up armed rebellion. The committee decided to assure the youngsters of amnesty if they give up arms and promised them rehabilitation but made it clear that the terrorists will be taken to task, reported Dunya News.
In a meeting of the apex committee headed by Chief Minister Balochsitan Abdul Maalik Baloch, it was decided that the operation against the terrorists and insurgents will continue. Announcing the policy of reconciliation, the apex committee assured that those giving up arms will be offered amnesty and financial assistance will be offered to them.
It was also agreed upon by the committee that operation against the outlawed religious outfits and terrorists will be made more effective.
