Enraged locals demonstrate protest against power outage in Karachi
Police officers dispersed the protesters after assuring them of overcoming electricity failure.
KARACHI (Daily Dunya) – Residents of Shafeeq Chowk staged a protest against the continuous electricity load-shedding in Karachi today (Thursday), Daily Dunya reported.
The protesters blocked the road for traffic and chanted slogans against the performance of local administration. They said that the power outage has disrupted the daily routine of locals.
Moreover, the police personnel played their vital role in dispersing the natives after assuring them of overcoming electricity failure.
