KARACHI (Dunya News) -- Minister of Information Sindh Sharjeel Memon said on Monday that Sindh government is ready to hold local body elections. He said that the polls will be free and fair unlike KP elections, reported Dunya News.

Speaking during a press conference, Minister of Information Sindh Sharjeel Memon said that Sindh government is willing to hold local body elections on September 20.

Sharjeel Memon said that water supply has become a great problem in Karachi which will be resolved soon.

He said that foundation will be laid for four projects on June 10.

Minister of Information Sindh said that an agreement has been signed according to which Karachi will be provided with 40 thousand gallon on a daily basis.

Sharjeel Memon dispelled the notion of any disagreement between Asif Ali Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto adding that the later is party Chairman.

Replying to a question, Sharjeel Memon said that Zulfiqar Mirza has become ‘a thing of the past’ in the dynamics of Pakistani politics.
