KP Local body election: PTI leads with 149 seats
ANP follows with 78 seats, PML-N 67, JI 65, JUI-F 62 while Independent and others have 165 seats
PESHAWAR: (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) has been leading the local body polls in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa (KP) with 145 seats while the Awami National Party (ANP) is following with 78 seats. Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) is on third position with 67 seats while Jamaat Islami (JI) and Jamiat Ulema Islam – Fazl (JUI-F) have 65 and 62 seats respectively, reported Dunya News.
According to the results, PTI is leading in Peshawar, Nowshehra, Charsadda, Kohat and Swat while JI is leading in Chitral and Dir. PML-N is leading in Mansehra and Shangla districts.
FAFEN claims that polling started late at 13% of the polling stations due to poor administration.
