Police to file case against lawyers who damaged state property outside Punjab Assembly in Lahore

GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) – Cases of vandalism were filed against 52 lawyers on Wednesday in Gujranwala. Lawyers damaged public and state property while protesting against Daska Incident. Both FIRs have been sealed. It has also been decided to file case against the lawyers who damaged state property outside the Punjab Assembly in Lahore. The decision was taken in the Peace Committee Cabinet’s emergency meeting in Lahore. The committee decided to arrest the culprits with the help of CCTV footage and eye witnesses.

The case against Gujranwala lawyers has been filed in Civil Line police station against 8 nominated while 44 unidentified lawyers. The case is filed under the Anti-terrorism act. According to the detail, the suspects will be arrested after the situation gets normal.
