TAMBOLAK (Dunya News) – At least one suspect was killed while one officer sustained injuries in an attack on polio team in Tambolak today (Tuesday), Dunya News reported.
According to details, anti-polio drive in Mardan is underway amid tight security.
According to police, the incident was taken place when as many as five suspects, Waleed, Shoaib, Jahanzaib, Khali and Umair opened fire at the team, retaliating to which one suspect was killed while his other four accomplices were detained.
During the operation, one police constable also sustained injuries who has been shifted to hospital for medicinal aid.
