Security forces convoy was attacked by remote control bomb in Sarmalu Kandao area of Orakzai Agency, however, no casualty was reported. According to ISPR, security forces convoy was passing in Sarmalu Kandao area of Samana where it was hit by remote control bomb. One vehicle was damaged, however, no loss of life was occurred. Forces started search operation in the area after imposing curfew.
