Polio virus detected in Sukkur's minor
The family has pleaded for help from the government.
SUKKUR (Dunya News) – Another polio case surfaced as polio virus detected in a minor of Sukkur district today (Thursday), Dunya News reported.
As per details, a minor, Dilsher s/o Dost Muhammad Jatoi, was suffering from fever for six months and suddenly was unable to walk.
The family took him to the hospital where the orthopedic doctor showed suspicion of polio virus in the minor and sent them to the Director Health Office.
The father and the uncle of suspected polio patient have further told that its been two days that no one is listening to them. The father further pleaded for help by saying that he cannot afford the treatment of his son as he used to ride donkey cart.
