Rs 40 billion allocated to six priority sectors in Sindh: CM Sindh
Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah informed Rs 40 billion have been allocated to six priority sectors during the budget. He said that Sindhs prospective on services tax is in accordance with the constitution.Qaim Ali Shah was holding a post budget press conference, where he said that a nation must be enhanced its communication links in order to progress. He said that the progress of Sindh in the field of agriculture is commendable. He informed that the production of sugarcane has been the highest in the province.CM Sindh added that the province is facing 33 percentage shortage of water. He reiterated that the government should work on projects to generate electricity from coal.
