No objections if proof of disloyalty to Pakistan given to UK: Altaf
“Saulat Mirza was ousted from MQM, don't know about Governor's letter asking for his pardon”
LAHORE: (Web Desk, Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain has on Monday said that he has heard the rumors about Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan providing proofs against him to the United Kingdom (UK) government. He said that he did not have any objections if the proofs against him were regarding treachery with the state of Pakistan, reported Dunya News.
Talking to media, Altaf Hussain said that Saulat Mirza had been ousted from the party long ago. He said that he did not have any knowledge of Governor Sindh’s letter asking for pardon of those sentenced to death.
MQM chief said that it was the first time that a video of a prisoner sentenced to death had surfaced. Responding to a question, Altaf Hussain said that people come and go but he did not get any hints of Governor Sindh being removed.
