36 prominent personalities were also given awards in Governor House Lahore

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) -- Civil and national awards were conferred upon people who have dispatched exemplary servcies for the country at President House on Monday, Dunya News reported.

Director General(DG) Inter-Services Public Relations General Asim Bajwa and DG Rangers Punjab Tahir Javed Khan were awarded Hilal-e-Imtiaz Military on the occasion. DG ISI was awarded 

36 prominent personalities were also given awards in Governor House Lahore. The event was attended by a sizeable crowd.

In Karachi, 27 personalities were given awards on the merit of their services. The distribution of the awards were as follows; 5 Sitara-e-Imtiaz, 10 Tamgha-e-Imtiaz and 12 President Pride of Performance award.

The event was attended by Corps Commander Karachi General Naveed Mukhtar.

In Peshawar, 156 personalities were given awards which include 140 children and staff martyred during Army Public School Peshawar.

The martyred were conferred Tamgha-e-Shujaat.

14 personalities were civil awards as well.

An award distribution ceremony also took place in Quetta in which 15 personalities were awarded with various honours.
