Saulat Mirza's revelations are clear evidence against MQM: PTI
Shireen Mazari said that Saulat Mirza has implicated Altaf Hussain directly in his statement.
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shireen Mazari on Thursday stated that death row convict Saulat Mirza’s revelations are clear evidence against the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM).
“How much more evidence does the British Government require to proceed against Altaf Hussein,” the PTI s official twitter account quoted Shireen Mazari.
In a video message from death cell, Saulat Mirza alleged that he killed former KESC Director Shahid Hamid on the directives of MQM chief.
Saulat Mirza alleged that he received the order to kill him from Altaf Hussain at MQM leader Babar Ghauri’s residence through telephone.
He further alleged that people whom the party wanted to save from police torture are provided protection by Sindh Governor Ishratul Ebad.
However, the MQM has denied all the allegations.
