Hindu community gleefully celebrates Holi

The celebration took place in Sukkur, Multan and various other cities
MULTAN (Dunya News) – The Pakistani Hindu community on Friday celebrated the Holi colourful Holi festival with zeal and fervour as men, women and children were seen spraying colours on each other, Dunya News reported.
The bright colours of Holi sparked smile on faces of everyone; women sprayed colours on each other while men broke paint-filled pitchers in a traditional manner.
The dancing on the music beats added to the glee of those celebrating the festival.
In Sukkur city, it seemed as though colours rained from the sky as new white cloths of celebrators were all full of spray paints.
The celebration in Multan was also no less than a spectacle as people came out in big groups to participate in the cheerful festival. Sikh, Christian and Muslim communities also participated in the festivities, furthering the zeal. The non-Hindu communities demonstrated harmony by expressing their best wishes for the Hindu community.
The Holi celebrations took place in various other cities as well.
