High Court Bar elections underway in Multan
Administration has ensured strict security arrangements.
MULTAN (Dunya News) – Polling for the elections of High Court Bar is underway in Multan, Dunya News reported on Saturday.
As many as 14 candidates are contesting for the seats of president, vice president, general secretary and finance secretary. 6096 lawyers are expected to use their vote to elect four higher officials of the bar council.
Muhammad Ali Gillani and Jamshed Hayyat are competing to snatch the seat of bar president.
According to details, 20 polling booths have been arranged whereas administration has also ensured strict security measurements on this occasion.
