Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry said that Hamesh Khan would get a fair trial for he returned back home, which shows his respect for countrys law. A three-member bench of apex court, headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammed Chaudry heard the Bank of Punjab scam case. Justice Khalilur Rehman Ramday and Justice Ghulam Rabbani are other members of the bench. During the hearing, Hamesh Khan informed the bench that all facilities made available for him and he did not face any torture. The court also rebuked director NAB for not arresting Shaikh Nisar. Director NAB in his statement said that Seth Nisar is still at large within the country. Justice Ramday remarked that those busy in taping judges phones should trace out Seth Nisar. Director NAB said that his institution did not have the facility to tape phone and added that IB has been approached in this regard.
