Police term Timber Market blaze 'suspicious'
The investigation to determine the cause of fire is ongoing
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Karachi police on Thursday termed the Timber Market blaze ‘suspicious’ and said that the cause of the fire is being determined in the ongoing investigation, Dunya News reported.
According to the preliminary investigation by the police, the accidental fire has been ruled out and the cause of the blaze is being investigated from various angles.
It is also being investigated how the fire spread from at least two points from the distance of ten feet. The police have also decided to dig the shop from where it is believed the fire started.
The reason behind fire spread in the opposite direction than air is also being investigated.
