Calls made through illegal gateways lead to terrorism, say FIA authorities
LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Saturday arrested as many as 34 criminals and seized at least 108 illegal gateways and more than 6,000 Subscriber Identity Modules (SIMs).
The FIA started its operation against the illegal gateway exchange and arrested at least 34 criminals.
According to the FIA authorities, the calls that are made using illegal gateways not only cause losses to the economy worth more than billions but are also used for terror acts and extortion.
