Lahore/Karachi: Entertainment business personalities hold vigil
This difficult time calls for unity in the people of the country, says Resham
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Personalities from the entertainment business on Thursday lit up candles in remembrance of the martyrs of the Peshawar attack in private studios and other locations.
On the occasion, Actor Fawad Khan said that terrorists could target more innocent children if appropriate action is not taken against them immediately.
Actress Resham said that this difficult time calls for unity in the people of the country.
Moreover, both the showbusiness personalities said that the students were intentionally targeted whereas they were of no harm to them.
Director Sangeeta, female actor Sobia Khan and others were of the opinion that they feel dejected and the people who are responsible do not have a heart otherwise they could not have done such a terrible act.
Furthermore, prayer ceremonies were conducted in different private studios which were participated by a large number of film and television personalities.
Many music directors and film directors including Pervez Rana and Saudi Butt attended the prayer ceremony.
