Islamabad: DG ISI meets Air Chief Marshal
Both the leaders talked about the matters of national security
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Director General (DG) Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) Lt General Rizwan Akhtar on Thursday met Air Chief Marshal of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Tahir Rafique Butt in the country’s capital.
This was the first meeting of General Akhtar after his appointment as DG ISI with the Air Chief Marshal.
Both the leaders talked about the matters of national security.
Air Chief Marshal wished the DG ISI good luck on his fresh appointment and assured him that his department would take good care of the matters of national interest under his supervision.
He appreciated the role of the ISI in protection of the national interest.
On this occasion, he also presented a shield to General Akhtar.
