The Federal Government dismissed the Prosecutor General of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Danishwar Malik from service.It may be reminded here that Dainishwar Malik did not provide correct information to the Supreme Court (SC) on Swiss cases, consequently in the detailed verdict on NRO, the apex court ordered NAB to dismiss Danishwar Malik.Danishwar Malik, was responsible for overseeing and representing the government in the re-opened corruption cases being heard in various courts after the annulment of National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) by Supreme Court of Pakistan.Law Ministry was conducting an inquiry against Malik and he was dismissed after he was found guilty of negligence while performing his duties. The government also dismissed Sajjad Haider the staff officer of Interior Minister Rehman A. Malik.
