Chinese President's visit to Pakistan was not cancelled: Foreign Ministry

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – According to the Foreign Ministry of Pakistan, the Chinese President’s visit to Pakistan has not been cancelled despite the ongoing political crisis and subsequent ‘dharnas’ at Islamabad, but the schedule of the visit might be changed to adjust to the current political situation.
The Chinese premier’s security and protocol team has already reached Pakistan ahead of his visit to Pakistan.
According to sources, the schedule of the visit might be changed due to the protests, whereas there might be a possibility of shifting the venue to Lahore.
