Firing incidents claim two lives in Karachi
At least two people were killed in firing incidents in different parts of Karachi on Sunday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – According to details, some unidentified persons opened fire and shot dead an activists of Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) in Liaquatabad area on Sunday.
The deceased was identified as Faraz.
In another incident of firing, a man named Jamil was killed in Federal B area.
On the other hand, Rangers conducted a raid in Band Murad area and arrested two terrorists.
The arrested persons belonged to banned Tehrik-e-Taliban. The law-enforcement agency also recovered six rocket launchers, hand grenades and other ammunition from their possession.
Meanwhile, two dacoits were killed in an alleged encounter with police in Steel Town area.
