One killed, four injured in Karachi blast

KARACHI (Dunya News) - At least one person was killed and four others injured in a blast outside a mosque near Qalandria Chowk in Qasba Colony.

According to Dunya News, the explosive material was implanted in a rickshaw. Police cordoned off the area while rescue teams rushed to the scene and shifted the injured to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

Three rickshaws and a motorcycle damaged in the blast while a hand grenade was recovered from the site of the blast.

According to spokesman Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat, two activists of ASWJ died in the blast.
