MQM completes rally preps, Altaf Hussain to address
Altaf Hussain along with MQM Raabta Committee members will address the rally.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) is holding a rally today (Sunday) at Tibet Center area of Karachi to show solidarity with its chief. MQM Chief Altaf Hussain is also scheduled to address the supporters through telephone, Dunya News reported.
The preparations at Tibet Center Karachi have been completed. MQM Raabta (coordination) Committee also reviewed the arrangements. The stage set at the venue is 40 feet long and 20 feet high.
Huge hoarding boards carrying Altaf Hussain’s portrait have been installed at MA Jinnah road.
MA Jinnah Road has been completely blocked for traffic and the route around the venue has been blocked using containers.
As many as 2000 security personnel comprising police and rangers have been deployed for the security.
Altaf Hussain along with MQM Raabta Committee members will address the rally.
