Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Tariq Majeed called on the Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani on Thursday and briefed him about the national security.During the meeting, Gilani told the CJCSC that Pakistan wanted peaceful ties with its neighbouring countries.However, he noted that minimum credible deterrence would be maintained to ensure regional stability.
