Lahore High Court has reserved the ruling on a case regarding Dr Aafia Siddiqui.LHC Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry heard the case.Barrister Iqbal Jaffery argued during the hearing that no accord has been signed for swapping of prisoners with Afghanistan, adding that all the three concerned countries should be consulted before taking Dr Aafia's case to the International Court of Justice.He told the court that a case was registered almost 7 years after Dr Aafias arrest and thereby requested that all the documents should be sent to the US in this regard.The court, however, reserved its ruling.
