President Mamnoon meets King Abdullah
King Abdullah has conveyed warm Eid greetings to the people of Pakistan.
JEDDAH (Dunya News) - President Mamnoon Hussain called on King Abdullah-bin-Abdul Aziz Al-Saud on Thursday.
Both the leaders discussed Pak-Saudi bilateral relations and problems faced by the Muslim world.
President Mamnoon Hussain said that the relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are deeply rooted in the heart of every Pakistani and Saudi national.
He said the two countries care about each other more in practice than in words.
King Abdullah said relationship between two brotherly countries is excellent at all levels and bond of brotherhood has transcended the vicissitude of time.
He greeted the President on performing Haj. He also congratulated Mamnoon Hussain on his election as President of Pakistan.
King Abdullah also conveyed very warm Eid greetings to Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and people of Pakistan.
The President expressed gratitude for the sentiments and also thanked for a very warm welcome and hospitality extended during his visit to Saudi Arabia.
He also conveyed Eid greetings to King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz from Prime Minister and people of Pakistan.
President Mamnoon was accompanied by Pakistan Ambassador to Saudi Arabi Mohammed Naeem Khan.
From Saudi side‚ Crown Prince Salman-bin- Abdul Aziz‚ Second Deputy Prime Minister Prince Muqran bin Abdul Aziz‚ Interior Minister Prince Mohammed bin Nayef‚ Deputy‚ Foreign Minister Prince Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah and other members of Royal family were also present in the meeting.
