The Supreme Court has issued orders to hold by-polls in NA-123 Lahore within 60 days.The Court remarked that the new and eligible people should not be deprived of the right to contest polls.The SC also notified that new people would also be allowed to submit their nomination papers for the elections.The apex court remarked that in the said constituency elections have not been held for the last two years, adding that meanwhile those who were earlier ineligible also got eligible and as such they would not be deprived of the right to contest polls. The court has also ordered to initiate the electoral process in the said constituency.The SC also directed to hold by-polls on the provincial seats of Jhang and Bahawalnagar within 60 days.
